I'm trying to find it but it's not in the location you said... Are you sure it's there and if it is... Where do I have to look?

i have resentley upoded a fix to this mod you still need this file to have it work fully but the sword is now in the game

There's no ESP. Sadly, it's best to just head onto another mod. I was pretty excited to use it too.

So, there isn't an .esp for this mod. I was really looking forward to it. Is there any chance you could update and include the .esp?

Big problem, this mod did not come with an .esp, and the .nif's data paths put all of the textures in the wrong places. however, I was able to build my own .esp and I was able to put the the textures back into the right locations. The version of the mod I have should be installable for everyone if you are willing to let me upload it.

Even I cant find it. No ESM for it and I cant find the ID for it on FNVedit.

  This is the same thing that is happening to me. Some people are able to find it perfectly but for me its nowhere to be found.

  i tryed reinstaling fallout but it didnot work and the esm from skyrim you need skyrim in the fallout data folder but then the game will not load

  The Hecate from SAO is the same gun as the Anti-Material Rifle in New Vegas
