someone says it's object destruction is ignored because of newer Navmesh mods. it couldn't take it's place, completely making the Vigor Respec untriggerable.
NVSE 5.1b4 works because I think it might be the auto-load order issues for the newer one.
Currently using xNVSE 6.2.8 and JIP LN NVSE 56.72 Plugin Fixed it by manually re-checking, re-activating, and re-arrange the load order to the last priority. Sometimes it jumps to the 3rd priority as it assumes you don't have any DLCs.
If you can't interact the Vigor Machine, it has something to do by spawning inside Doc Mitchells' House cell. Just go out then return inside of the house.
If you can interact the Vigor Machine, interact with the pop up then nothing happened. It might be the NVSE you have is corrupted and incompatible, or worst by starting through the GOG/Steam launcher.exe and fallounv.exe. There is an NVSE.exe launcher provided by NVSE.rar you copied to the game folders. Rookie manual mistake. Or run NVSE.exe through Mod Managers.

Spent hours to figure it out. These were my experience as a user. I am not a dev of any. I could be wrong. I only have YUP as my modifier.
I still can't get the mod to work. I can interact with the vigor machine, but whenever I click yes on the pop up it doesn't let me respec. I've tried downloading a NVSE but idk if I'm not downloading the right one or not activating it. Any advice on how to fix it?

Every time you respec, 1 is added to your lvl1 special, so it feels like cheating. I don't know if it's because of More Perk Reimagined or JSawyer Ultimate.
I tried this mod to reset some of the perks I've chosen I was level 55 (I have a mod that puts the level cap at 100) and after going through the process, I noticed that the S.P.E.C.I.A.L points from the implants aren't put back. Everything else worked, but I still want those implants I bought. Am I doing something wrong or is the mod a bit old?
"Complete Respec - More Traits" and "Complete Respec - More Perks" optional files seem to cause instability (crashing to desktop) for me. But my guess is that this is because of another mod that they are incompatible with. I have quite a few now. It is a good mod that I think I will endorse.
I have installed that mod, and I also wanted to install the optional More perks and more traits files, shown below, but it is not clear to me why the game refuses to start. It basically tells me that the files are missing, but where should I go to retrieve them? Thanks for the assistance.
