This mod simply makes all doctor services - detoxification, healing, and radiation purging - more expensive.
For most doctors, healing the player from the brink of death and purging radiation will be around 250 caps, and detoxification will be 200. Except in the case of the New Vegas Medical Clinic which offers services for cheap as charity, and both Camp Forlorn Hope and Bitter Springs where supplies are thin.
