1. Download the zip file and extract it it your FalloutNV directory, Not the data folder!
2. Open Mod Organizer, select the New Vegas executable from the drop down list
3. Then choose Shortcut>esktop
4. Move the newly created link on your desktop to your Fallout install folder, rename the shortcut to 4GB Loader
5. Launch MO_4GBLauncher.exe and it will guide you through setup, once complete you can launch FalloutNV via Steam. You will get an error saying 4gbnv.exe not found or something
6. Create a copy of FalloutNV.exe and name it 4gbnv.exe. You need both files in the directory for ModOrganizer to work.
@remoteman213: Thank you! That was helpful. Little correction, though: The created copy of the FalloutNV.exe has to be named fnv4gb.exe and not 4gbnv.exe
I really don't get it... is Fallout New Vegas dead? FNV4GB seems not updated to the latest release of the game, that sounds like nobody is playing it anymore!? Really? This is higly frustrating... any clue anybody?
Hiya, nice mod, works for me so far. While I like being able to run MO directly, is there an option to let Mod Organizer stay open? I'm the kind of person who often checks things with LOOT and Wrye Flash so the option to bring up MO instead of directly running the game would be appreciated.
Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but Im not able to get this to work. when i open the zip file, i just see an skse file though, nothing related to nvse, and so it opens up a cmd window runs a few lines of code and shuts down.
Added an optional bat file in the downloads that will take care of the unistall If you wish to do it manually delete the FalloutNVLauncher.exe and then rename the ORIGNALFalloutNVLauncher.exe back to FalloutNVLauncher.exe

Anybody got any advice in the meantime for how to get the Steam controller working right with the current 4GB Patcher? Damn this is a headache.
