   Ya know, Jaxon has an on-the-fly naming tool for skyrim that works as an SKSE plugin, and names all generic characters (enemies included) as if they were real people. I wonder if that's possible for FNV's engine?

      skse and NVSE though are kinda different beasts there are function in one that the older engins just does not have
