Mod Organizer 2, as for the Zip, you want to UNZIP the 3 Main Folders, then add the Sound and Music to the Main Folder. as the dev divided the mod to make it easier to DL, but those who only use Vortex need to do more than just play it.
If you're looking for a strange mod with scripting unlike anything you've seen before, look no further. Basically Wild Wasteland writ large in a sense. Mostly text to speech for the voices but in this case it adds to the uncanny valley that you're experiencing. The mod warns you about "annoying guitar playing' however I really enjoyed the guitar and the song references/triggers, not annoying in the least for me, refreshing. Unless there was a reason for the change of spelling though, the Radiohead song is "Creep" not "Creap" also the verb spelling for the synonym of sneak.
Unfortunately I ran this very late in a pretty bloated modded setup that was starting to falter due to save size growing too much. Had a few crashes, but that was almost certainly on my end rather than due to this mod in particular. I'd say the other complaints about the mod not working are from user error and not on behalf of this mod. My advice is to use Mod Organizer 2, it works really flipping well and had no issues on install/boot.
Not sure I'm completely on board with the spawn method/scaling, and there are a few rough spots. Still a great experience with varied gameplay, and I'm not sure I even saw the half of it. Good on you Adopcalipt.
hey, is the endless army of unkillable ghouls a bug or a feature? cause there is NO FUCKING WAY i can find a damn KEY in all of that bullshit. there is ALSO no way to use the explosives cache if you pick the wrong ENTIRELY random wire, or the wrong dialogue option with the phone. Enough said, I seem to have found an unplayable mod, unless someone has a "obvious" solution.
Don't know how to not be seen in the counterterrorism part. You have no stealth boy the place is well lit and there are civillians everywhere who will see you. I keep gettingbronze/failing. Not sure how to go about doingt this so I get gold at all. Wondering if anyone has gotten gold on this w/o cheating?
And the oil rig... Man that is hard. I have AWOP so I am guessing that makes the fights that much tougher. Not sure if the rail gun has the same bug that effected the projectile in fo3 that made the weapon do way less damage than it should. Might need to look for a fix if anyone knows of one? I hardly ever use rail guns so I never bothored with it much till now.
NM got gold on everything. Had to cheat on the counterterrorism though... Probably some way to do it, just couldnt find it. Maybe theres a light switch or a stealth boy hidden somewhere. Will try to figure it out another day.
At this stage I'm not considering this a bug, but after I spoke to the guys over at the Chamber of Commerce, ALL of the caps that were in my inventory are no longer there. Is this supposed to happen for whatever reason ? Were they moved possibly somewhere else ?
Only after that guy shook my hand. I checked immediately and noticed my missing caps right away. I'm now keeping most of my money in my stash (1.8 million) really dont want to lose it
Yer i stole your caps, but the hotel will generate a lot of caps.. Its is so you cant finnish the hotel quest quickly as after a month you get to purchace the hotel. In real life if you get a buissness loan for over 50% of the buisness it will not get paid off in a month you will make loan payments from profits which increase over time if you run the hotel properly. As for Xavec_Telvanni question talk to the terrorists then you get several options of how to deal with them also i did give you a silencer for the pistol you just got to fit it. Yer the Posidon mission is hard but i got all gold on all missions without cheating and using a level 30, 200 health charicter, and with autoaim disabled . Might wirte up a walkthrough for peps who cant be arssed to read the 100+ messeges i put in the game explaing all dis s#*!
