Depends on what the mod does, does it edit dog body textures? If so then they will conflict, you have to pick which you want more and install that mod last. So if you want my dog textures then install my mod after that mod and replace any of their textures with mine.
Nope, it looks like he uses his own custom textures it MIGHT override his normal but nothing else (the _n.dds texture). You can of course change that by downloading my Dogmeat mod from FO3 and copying the textures from that mod and renaming them to replace the NVB dog textures (my Dogmeat mod is a German Shepard just like NVB).
This mod only affects the normal dog texture (as in the vanilla dog found in game) and all the cyber dogs, if there are no screenshots of it then its not in my mod. I made sure to take before and after pictures of everything in this mod.
