Any reason why you've included dxgi.dll and dxgi.fx? Far as I know these are for DX11 games, which our poor Fallout New Vegas is not. New Vegas is a DX9 game, and thereby the inclusion of dxgi.dll and dxgi.fx produces errors, so unless they are necessary for anything I'd suggest remove them from the enb preset as they won't load anything theoretically.
won't called this the best enb at all. it is just a slightly darker version of the base fnvrwl. and brighter than the fnvrwl dark night version. it also have the infamous dust glow which is not good (i have used almost all enb posted in nexus and some doesn't have the problem. so it can be avoid while having a nice night setting like; hope of eli, bleak and grim, rust enb just to name a few that have nice effect without the glowing dust). next, the night vision setting changed the nightvision scope to the regular scope, which means you can't see anything in the dark even though the night is not that dark. tried to tweak the night vision settings and gave up after a few settings and no effect to it.
Thank god .. This ENB is a masterpiece of inclusion and exclusion. Bloom is just right lighting in for all situations works beautifully. I have run a gamut of enbs and almost gave up hope. The last one almost burnt my eyes out with bloody bloom @@@ Anyway great job kudos to you and endorsed !
Awesome ENB love the colors but its a bit to sharp for my taste i know that its probably the enbprepassfx file but i dont want to give up the awesome dof, also the blood is super bright.
