I remember that famous agility glitch from dead money, but it felt bugged actually if you go above +2. Maybe I am wrong, but this perk working exactly the same.Now when you look your pistol in pip boy the dmg boost is like double/this happened also with dead money glitch.
I suggest adding a nerf-ed version that reduces the equipping and firing rate to 25% and the reload speed to 50%. I'm doing a Cowboy run and the only problem I'm having is that my reload speed is too slow for me. Otherwise it's a great concept and a good mod considering I'm too lazy myself to get into learning how to mod.
