Works fine for me, just had to wait till the merchant inventory refresh (on Wednesdays and Saturdays) to see the changes made by the mod. The bartender's lines also become silent for some reason.
I can't get it to work. It's in my Data folder and loaded, but there are no snacks in the relevant inventory. This might be a conflict with Casino Crowds, or just that I installed it after entering the Tops and so it won't kick in until that vendor's inventory resets. I'll see if it works later in this playthrough.
