man, if only Obsidian got enough time to make Fiends as faction based where player can side with Fiends to make war on NCR!! and putting out that radiant quest for selling chems around mojave wasteland as fiends. so sad...
i honestly can't even fathom what this game would be like if Obsidian actually had enough time to fully develop the game they did pretty damn good for the time they had (frankly with how little time they had i'm surprised the game would even run) Obsidian is incredibly impressive but what else did you expect from a company made with some of the old black isles developers (they did have a misstep with Outerworlds though (it's in retrospect not their best work still decent) just a small one not enough to completely shake my confidence in them as developers)
I'm not sure as I never tried it, but I think it should as this is already in the game, I just re-enabled it. Try playing the game only with the NV Uncut mod and find out if it's already a part of it. If it is, then you don't need my mod :)
Maybe the devs intended fiends to have their own faction and raider armour/helmets would've been faction clothing, then you could talk to them this way, who knows.
I'm only downloading this for the laughs, and to be fair for a mass murdering chem addict raiders, they're pretty jovial and polite, well aside from Motor-Runner who seems to be very Affable for a chainsaw wielding maniac. I know Cook-Cook's a sadistic rapist asshole who burns bystanders for the lulz, I can't help but find him more laughable. I gotta admit both the Fiend Friend's mod and your mod goes well for each other since it makes the game complete as in REALLY REALLY COMPLETE...
