Very Promising, an idea for a new Animal would be a Radscorpion, and maby a VERY high level vault with a Deathclaw at the end, like I said, a Giant crazy hard Vault with no stimpaks. Just a suggestion.
This... could actually have some potential to it. Any chance you could move his location sometime in the future, however? Its kinda cheap and not very fitting for him to just be in doc Mitchel's house at the beginning. However, nice work on his dialogue.
