Attention. After giving it some thought and talking with my friends in the community, I have decided to take the following course of action.
Most of my mods have been unhidden for the time being. I have received an overwhelming amount of support from so many users who have sent well wishes, and I appreciate this more than you know. I will no longer be providing support or updates for my mods until Nexus issues can be resolved. Please do not pm me for info regarding this, I will provide more info as I have it.
I have a few things 1. i have a regular acoustic guitar in misc. it doesn't appear in my weapons nor aid 2. i have asked the lonesome wander ( he's in tops now to preform)and there was no such dialog that got me the perk I tried console commands and nothing it said perk parameter not found 3. no guitar in the back of prospectors bar in goods rings
do i need a certain guitar??? do I need to spawn a different Lonesome wander? plz halp
Wah. plays music and can see the "weapon" when equipped, but clicking the aid thingy just unequips it and no animation. Weird, because there's a vanilla animation for guitar playing which does work, but I can't stop the animation on that one. And no sound for it. Thanks for the fun mod anyway. I even found the mysterious stranger and his dialogue worked. So, yeah, had the perk.. Anyone found a way to make the animation work for those without?
Does anyone have any idea on how to extend the duration of the guitar animation?? I'm pretty new when it comes to editing stuff in Nifskope or GECK so I'm in need of some advice LOL
It uhh... Has a couple issues, it works though and it's good.
Firstly, it works well once you've got the perk and learn how to play. It was fun I really liked it, but I found it too short, like if I could walk across the wastes continually playing it would be amazing.
The issues are kinda odd though, first one is a me issue I think, but after getting the lesson, the guitar weapon appeared 10ish meters in front of me in the top left of the screen. It was bobbing up and down with the character so it looks like the positioning was out (I play in first person so I don't know if that wasn't the intended idea, but it worked fine right before the lesson), the second was at the 188, when I left the pipboy after clicking play guitar, it jumps to a loading screen and freezes before crashing. Plays everywhere else A-ok. I've only got maybe 10 mods installed and none edit that area.
EDIT: For some reason I though this mod was new. This thing ain't never getting updated I don't think.
That mysterious stranger thing wasn't totally helpful, I found the lonesome drifter, I did talent pool and asked if he could show me how to play. I didn't get anything. I tried the load order but i don't know what the load order for this mod is. Can someone give a less confusing way to either figure out the load order or get the perk?
