To anyone who's having trouble getting the enclave infiltrator to spawn in hidden valley: I've uploaded a small patch that adds a metal box with the weapon in it to the hidden valley entrance. My best guess is that some bug related to the way the game handles dead NPCs was preventing the infiltrator from appearing in some cases.
Seriously, I have no idea why I hadn't heard of this problem sooner. I apologize to anyone who downloaded this in the last several months and ran into that unfortunate little bug.
So can I make a enclave remnants mod that use this weapon all over the wastes? I'll be sure to credit you and make a video about the mod I'm making. It's gonna add enclave soldiers all over the mojave that are suppose to be hard and fun to fight.
Are you absolutely sure he's not spawning at all? I'll upload a small image detailing where he should be (or at least where I placed him in the GECK), but aside from that I honestly have no idea what could be causing that problem. Do you have the Colossus power armor mod or anything else that adds things to the Hidden Valley entrance? That's the only thing I could think of that might cause that kind of issue.
Also, there's not really any way to add it to the laser commander perk without conflicting with almost every other mod out there.
Installed the mod and even put it at the end of my load order, but there's no Enclave Infiltrator in any Hidden Valley bunker. Also I don't have access to the Remnant's Bunker. Could you please share the rifle's ID so I can get it via console command?
Are you sure you checked the whole area? The infiltrator *should* be located behind one of the large yellow crates in Hidden Valley bunker A, to the left when you first walk in.

Just uploaded a new file that changes the location from victor's shack to the remnants' bunker. I've also added a dead 'Enclave Infiltrator' to the entrance of Hidden Valley who has one of the rifles (for anyone that hasn't done arcade's quest and doesn't have access to the bunker).
Also updated the weapon's firing sound (wasn't really happy with the way it sounded before), added proper repair lists, and a few other little things.
