This mod was one of my first ever. I was inspired by the one and only Alchestbreach.
I wanted to use a very unused area and make it worth visiting instead of it just being another ruin.
I am a very big fan of Fallout and soon I will try my hand at modding fallout 4.
I was a little unhappy with the review I got from Mr Alchestbreach so I have made big improvements. See the list below:

As this is an update my advice is to delete the old esp start the game make a fresh save the exit and install this esp. I
have played through this mod several times and I know of one possible bug if after the mission Tim allen you dick you cannot find the quest giver
to end the quest wait an hour he will appear.
