      Pretty sure it's a replacer for the Wild Wasteland perk sound. Possibly a sci-fi/horror or meme/joke sound.

   that theme song was from The X-Files tv series sadly it would be better as a main music replacer when wandering the wasteland sadly none like this yet.

   This is a very good idea ^^ now you can add your own custom Wild Wastland easter eggs If you take good care of conflicts, you can add a lot of little surprises like this everywhere. If you find some good references, this could be an awesome mod.
