Installed the mod in an ongoing game and the items don't appear on the counter at Goodspring's store. Mod conflict, maybe? I have Project Nevada and Gopher's "Advanced Recon Nightvision", among many others...
The esp is sitting near the bottom of the load order as sorted by LOOT.
If you have any other mod that changes anything in the Goodspring's store, it will cause a conflict and the goggles wont show up. Try moving the mod up in your load order to see if that helps or disable any kw mods that change Chet's store.
