Is this mod affects explosion from Fat Man and its mushroom cloud after explosion? I asking because i have New New Vegas collection and one of the mods make mushroom cloud after explosion going up slow and disappear slow too. It is annoying.
Crazy frame drops in combat with a 3080ti. I disabled this it made a major difference, but it doesn't make sense since I don't have anything else effecting bullet effects and textures. I do have EXE but that's for fires and explosives, strange. Guess I'll give the low performance version a go.
Your hardware is literally irrelevant as long as it's modern. 1080ti will have the same performance in NV as 3080ti. All drops are related to the engine limitations.
It needs to be changed in Fallout's INI for decals to last forever. Go to Documents/My Games/ FalloutNV/ fallout.ini(Configuration Settings.)
Locate and change to these settings

Create a shortcut of NVSE if you like for easy access. Reason being is because your fallout.ini settings will always reset and refresh when using the New Vegas official launcher.
easy fix manually download the bullet casing option extract with winrar or something like that open the folder choose one of the sub folders of how long you want the casings to stay and drag that folder in the mods section of vortex where it says drop folder at the very bottom

Do not touch this mod, it will crash your gunfights.
