This might just be my favorite player housing mod of all time. One nitpick though, if I may, it's awfully close to the Legion Camp. Gameplay wise it shouldn't affect much but lore-wise this place is not usable for anything other than a Legion character. If you're anything else but that, you're basically an enemy to the legion and Caesar is sure to send out a sniper to take you out while you're chilling at your pool taking a nice view over the rest of Vegas. I did a quick survey, it's very possible and they have a very clear line of sight lol.
But well that's just me getting too immersed to the game. Great mod overall!
For all those who see red exclamation-marks even though they installed SpeedyResources 3.1 for New Vegas:
- The Mod Author has created an additional folder called " Data" for the meshes and the texture-folders, rather than having these folders directly besides the esp-file.
First open this Data-folder and then copy the meshes and textures-folders directly into your own New Vegas " Data" folder.
This instruction is for people like me who are so used to just manually copy everything directly into the games data-folder, that we oversee such unusual packing easily.
Oh, and this is one of the nicest New Vegas houses out there. I love it!
The reason, I'm guessing, that some of you are complaining about crashes when this mod is activated is because it was made with what I assume is the full GOTY version, including CaravanPack, TribalPack, GRA, etc. None of the resources from those mod are being used by the mod so I assume that it was an oversight by the author. I was able to clean the mod of those extra masters so it just uses the main DLC (Dead Money, OWB, etc). You can find that file as an overwrite in the link below:

That should enable you to use it. It does appear to use resources from the main DLC (maybe), so I didn't want to tinker too much. I've messaged the author to incorporate this file into their mod if they've of a mind to, but the last activity on their file was in October of 2014 so they may not be active.
Thank you for this file. I have messaged you back with some further information. Anyone having crashes with this mod (caused by not having the DLC) should download this file.
