14/01/2018 While uploading a small patch for Xilandro's Diagonal Movement, I decided to change how things are handled from 1.1.2+ The new version will only contain the skeleton, no esp / esm, you won't require specific patches for DLC or other mods, but you'll have to install a Havok Bouncer. You only need one of these, install this or the one you can find on Kichoh666's Ragdolls page, don't activate boths together (nothing happens, just twice the workload)

Sorry for the three year late reply :P, but I believe it's this mod. Unfortunately it seems to only be a modder's resource and not a full race. I really don't think that this is too helpful since you posted this question 3 years ago, but there ya go.
Welp, I'm having the same issue another mod caused me to have
The main menu doesn't actually load, the background does but not the actual options (New, Load, Continue etc) tapping space bar causes it to crash, I have no idea how to fix it..
Should mention, I'm using FOMM and NVSE and I launch the game via the mod manager
Same as above, some problem with it "missing" and ESM would come up in the background and stop the menu from loading. Getting both 1.1.2 and the Havoc bouncer patch thing fixed this for me
I don't recall this mod requiring NVEC before, yet now it does? Why so? Asking because I dislike alot of the changes NVEC brings yet I need it for this mod to work.
Downloading the Havoc Patch w/ 1.1.2 fixed this for me, after spending a bit trouble shooting files I bit the bullet and read the entire description....
