This contains 84 t-shirt outfits for males(Roberts) and females(T6Mbnb), as well a a tactical vest for both genders, and a bandana for males. Outfits are added by script to the vendors Chet, Cliff, and Michelle, and are also added to npcs using Diversified Mojave Wasteland by Sepherose which is required.

This is the mesh for the female tactival vest. I removed the utility belt because it was clipping into the body fairly bad, didn't notice before.
