      Make sure to use Fallout.ini (located in Documents\My Games\FalloutNV), NOT Fallout_default.ini

   Well this doesn't actually fix anything other than mouse acceleration which has nothing to do with stutter.
   
   I assume there's meant to be another file? Cos all the current file has is a read me which is ultimately pointless

      I agree. Very misleading title. Mouse acceleration has nothing to do with stutter, like you said.

      It's highly experimental, and it did work for me, It's possible that it's just the way I have my game loaded up but I had a major stutter problem before adding this fix, I apologize for the inconvenience, it's interesting that it's not working for guys, I'll look into it and see if there's a way I can change it, Other than that I recommend getting 4gbnv if you don't already, I haven't tried it without my performance mods yet.

   I'd rather not replace my Fallout_Default.ini entirely. Is there any way you could just upload a readme that says what exactly you changed, exactly?
