Hello ! first this is a great enb, loved it but i want to try to change some effects, can you tell me the basics to modify an enb, also sorry for my english.
Im new to the manual downloads i just tried it today when i saw this mod, i downloaded all the required mods and got them working. I downloaded brave new wasteland enb but i cant get this one to work. Im getting the benefits from just a regular enb, i can tell cause the games looking nicer but theirs no grey skies. plzzz help

I personally liked the grey version at first, but continued a blue sky version per request. Now I think I prefer the blue skies
(Not to say that your ENB doesn't have a unique style of its own, there just aren't a lot of somber/cool Fallout ENB presets to compare it to.)
The d3d9.dll file needs to be in your fallout directory. It's not included in my file.
Also, if you are using the 4GB patch, you need to place the d3d9.dll in the exes folder
