thanks so much for this, objectively the original was really well done, nice model and textures, but f*#@ was the styling just edgy as hell. i just cant play with it and take myself seriously. so thanks for this.
Because stereotypical 'edgy' people are perceived as rebellious, demanding and generally whiny (fits perfectly to someone mods their game heavily while complaining about both base game and mods themselves). It's hard to imagine such person surviving in mohave desert as it is even without apocalypse. Refusing to play as someone remotely similar to themselves is most 'moderlike' as it gets...
I think it's a great retexture, but i have one small issue:
I installed the original one correctly, but it seems that i'm doing something wrong on installing this mod because it's still showing the black version (without the skulls). I've tried using MO2, didn't work, vortex didn't work, NMM also didn't work and manually doesn't work too due to the fact that the original mod had a bsa file, and even after unpacking the bsa file with FOMM and creating a bsa of the original mod with the retextures, it still shows the black jacket (without the skulls) version. Please someone help me
Edit: I'm dumb and didn't notice the color difference, don't read this post
Really great mod for a really great mod. It's a shame that a couple other folks didn't pick up on the idea of variants like this too, the Road Fighter could do with a plain black variant or maybe some with different decal work on the back - the tunnel snake is an obvious choice, but maybe something like a radscorpion would be apropos, too. A sorta 'medium edgy' alternative for that 'New Reno street gang' vibe.
What in the world brought you to the Idea to make a male companion you can pick up in a Bar and hes called "Dirty Brown" ? What was going on with you in that moment?
Just wanted to drop a comment saying that since it's release this is all I've used for my character.
I don't even have a gaming PC anymore, I can't play New Vegas for the foreseeable future, but will always come back to the original and then this. It's synonymous in my mind with New Vegas by this point. Thank you so much.
I know what you mean. My default Courier is the guy you see in the pics. Whenever I start a new run, it's always the same. Ghoul Eye with the tech-eye, TFH's rugged race retextures, Rattan Cowboy Hat, and this armor.

It would be nice a black version, but just without the skulls, like this.
