i haven't been able to find it either, i went to the yangtze memorial on the map and went into the abandoned shack that looks like a half pipe with airplane windows on the sides near it, then went inside and did not find it inside or around the perimeter. i used the nexus mod manager to install it. is there any conflicts that would cause it to not show up? or are there any glitches that might prevent nexus mod manager from installing it into fallout new Vegas? i have noticed where some items had fallen through the floor or ground on some mods after being installed. and wonder if that also might be an issue. the only containers i find in there is an ammo box next to the reload bench and a first aid kit.
i found it in Doc Mitchell's house. apparently it will be at Doc Mitchell's house if it is not in the abandoned shack. might be a glitch considering you moved it to the abandoned shack. which might also explain why its constantly changing colors even though i have the invalidation on.
