This mod adds the pistol from Bioshock 1 along with two modifications for the pistol - the damage upgrade and ammo capacity upgrade, complete with visual enhancements.

This mod adds the pistol from Bioshock 1 along with two modifications for the pistol - the damage upgrade and ammo capacity upgrade.
The weapons weren't made to be overpowered, but they weren't tested to be balanced either. The pistol uses .44 magnum round ammunition.

A Rusty Footlocker can be found in one of the sunken boats at Boulder Beach Campground. It is locked with an average difficulty (requires 50 lockpick).

About the textures:
I totally invite you to remake em. I pulled the non-gun textures from vanilla sources, so that's why they are low. If you do redo them, let me know and I can upload them here or you can upload them as a separate mod.

--New ammo list of .38 Special Rounds (from Vanilla game), .38 Armor-Piercing, and .38 Antipersonnel. Armor-Piercing and Antipersonnel can only be made at reloading bench with pretty standard ingredients.

No known bugs.
There may be performance issues if you have a really underpowered computer due to the amount of meshes packed together.
Note that the the visible rounds in the Custom Cylinder are not animated.
None of these should affect gameplay at all.

This mod may conflict with any other mod that edits the Boulder Beach Campground space, though all I did was place a container there. Also, many of the meshes uses already-existing vanilla texture paths, so some parts of the gun are subject to change in appearance depending on what texture mods you have installed. These textures include junk and architecture.


Manually: Copy or extract the .zip file into your Data folder. Activate in the Fallout Launcher or enter Bioshock_Pistol.esp into plugins.txt at C:Users[YOUR USERNAME]AppDataLocalFalloutNV.

Recommended: Use a mod manager like Nexus Mod Manager.


Manually: Remove and deactivate Bioshock_Pistol.esp and remove Bioshock_Pistol folder from the Meshes folder and the Bioshock_Pistol folder from the Textures folder.
