Add a simple Project Nevada visor overlay(heat and night vision) to Death Squad Elite's mask, an armor from Beyond Boulder Dome quest mod(http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/46907/?)
install:
Drop the .esp file to your Data directory, and activate in your mod manager. The file should be under Project Nevada and Beyond Boulder Dome files.
