Why does everyone of these weapon mods have to be in an easy place like DOC MITCHELLS kitchen. It makes no sense for the gun to be there unless doc mitchell is starting some kind of NCR revolution or hes just a weird gun nut. Anyways I wish you guys would make it so you can buy them and find them around the wasteland because I don't know how to do that stuff. But it is your mod so your rules. Also it's a good mod I don't mean to sound mean or anything.
Perhaps you should read the description where it says it has been placed in the leveled lists (both vendors and enemy) before making such rants, hmmm? The free copies have always been optional for those who don't wish to wait as some of the weapons we do tend to be end game weapons that won't become available until very late.

Their is a mod that uses this as a replacer for the Assault Carbine, i do not know if it is working with TTW but could you please make a replacer for the Assault rifle or the Assault Carbine please X.X
Anyone else not finding the rifle on Doc's dinner table?
Update: After installing a few mods that make NVSE not crash like the 4GB patch and ect, now the rifle shows up on Doc's table as intended. I don't get it, but it's there.
