I've been using Armour Repair Kits (https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/36744) for a while in my game and have found a severe lack in leather belts. I scavenge very thoroughly, too. Thanks for the great mod, it was exactly what I was looking for!
I've played all the way through F:NV. Great game. I've modded Skyrim to pieces... but just recently began exploring modding options for F:NV. Maybe I'll revisit the wasteland of New Vegas. Anyway... I came across this mod and thought, "Leather belts? What's with the leather belts? It's a belt....made of leather. Is it a MAGICAL leather belt? Perhaps some Old World tech I'm unaware of?"So, please explain. What's with the leather belts?
These recipes are focused on other crafting related mods. There are plenty of good mods that make New Vegas crafting waaay less useless. Also, you need a leather belt in order to craft super stimpaks, deathclaw gauntlets, and other extended crafting mods on here make more use out of the leather belt, so I thought I would just release it since I feel leather belts should be incredibly accessible. Surprisingly enough, leather belts aren't all that common with vendors. I mean, with GRA, you're more likely to find a travelling merchant selling mininukes than leather belts most of the time. So this mod could be meaningless for anyone who doesn't care for crafting in game, but I do. So I just posted it here, and thought maybe there were a few people who had a similar belief that I have and would maybe want to try it.. So yeah, not much up with it depending on how you feel about crafting.
