Be aware that this 'mod' overwrites your ini file, so, in case you want to try this alteration, first make a backup of your ini file. Besides that, there's some settings in there that are for computers from a time when programs were written with hammer and chisle.
Hey, I have one of those! And, of course, I run Linux. What else would you run on a stone tablet? 60fps as long as you're not fighting anyone and you stay in the sewer!
i drag those ini file into my falloutnv my game folder after that i clicked on fallout new vegas and the auto config hardware f*#@ up everything? any to turn that off?
Note to the mod author: If you're intent is to provide INI files for low end systems, I think it's fine. What's missing in your description is exactly what settings you have changed, and how they compare to the default values. Giving users more detail like that will help them decide if your mod is useful, and will likely bring more attention to your mod.
You could tell it was for REAL low-end systems by the resolution - 640x480. Hey, there are people out there still trying to play this on older systems. More power to 'em! Literally!
Vauge Description: "omg i got from 15 to 30 fps on low" Yeah, A: You need to make a better desc. than that, and B: Talk to us when it gets 15 or 30 on Medium or High.
Long story short, skip this vauge piece of garbage, chances are, it may make your performance a TEENY bit better [Made mine, like...5% etter, MAYBE] but the graphical hit and the obscurity is NOT worth it. You've got POTG, NVSR, NVAC, ZAPCB, FNV4GB, Fullscreen Windowed mods and the New Vegas configator to tailor your settings, rather than relying on an INI edit that you have to USE and potentially destroy your game in order to test/experiment with/compare.
So this mod:A. Has very little known in the description and B. Pretty much messed up the game? Not gonna download this. POTG, NVSR,FNV4GB,and NVAC are all better.

I could download a ENB that would improve performance on my computer.........if i wanted it.
there is a reason GEM exists.
If you dont know what GEM is, its time to get off the internet.
(vague description)
but its not worth it, because he doesnt say exactly what he changed.

I fail to see how this would help.

Do you know that your "Rendererinfo.txt" won't be useful to anyone in any case?
A "mod" like this one should have a real description because now i have the feeling that you posted this without knowing what you're doing...
Take a look at this mod:
