Does this require a new save? I have placed it below BTB main, and it's not working. Tsu, Hildern, Cook Cook, and Ralph, are still spawning at Ranger Mountain Watch Camp.
UPDATE: I waited 24 hours and it seems Mccarran NPCs have returned. thank you for this mod you are a savior!
Well, that is disconcerting Can I assume that you have double checked your load order? Startup CTD's are more often than not something load order related. This has to be below "BTB-Beyond the Borders.esp". Also try putting it last in your load order if you haven't already. The patch literally has only 4 records in it so If you know your way around FNVEdit you could copy the changes directly into the "BTB-Beyond the Borders.esp" and see of the crash persists. Obviously make a backup of the esp first. Apart from the above I don't know what it could be.
