Use FMM or NMM to install.

This is just a small mod that adds a Modified Assault Carbine to FNV. Nothing special, just some new stats. Note that this isn't a replacer or retexture. It is wielded by a guy who hates you behind the Goodsprings gas station.

This didn't take me eight years to make so I don't care what you do with it.
