   When I try to buy stuff from the legion quartermaster I can't hear his voice and there is only a goodbye dialogue option. Do I need to have a certain relation like idolized or liked? Is it a glitch and if so how to fix?

   I don't understand how this is meant to work, I go on the trade menu and he only has 2425 caps. How do I sell him a bunch of stuff? Am I just being dumb?

      It's been a pretty long while since you asked, but the idea is that you can buy NCR or Legion currency from the trader, thus sparing their sparse supply of caps.

   Good work man, the Legion need every expansion they can get!
   
   A Legion Doctor that sells Dirty Water, Hydra, and Healing powders would be good.
   
   Maybe a Legion Cook that sells Campfire food and New Human based food would be cool.
