    the header version of this mod is still 0.94, which is not correct for use in TTW, as the header version should be 1.32

    For those wondering. This mod conflicts with  Russel Companion Mod By Someguy. You would get voiceless merchants if you have russel installed.

    This mod has a few errors which may cause problems:

    None of the new merchants will talk to me.(All others work just fine) Can't figure out what is causing it

      Had the same issue and turned out to be mod conflict.

      Have had no problems with this Mod.
      Really adds to Rivet City.

      I've cleaned and fixed some issues in this the mod (conntacted author who is fine with it), look for my post at this mod's page at TTW site. I also mention the cause and fix for the voiceless merchants/scavengers in conjuction with Russell therein.

    Looks great but I can't talk to the new merchants.
    Old merchants are fine.

      Update,

      I traveled to Underworld/the Museum of Natural History.

      Was able to buy and sell from Tulip.

      Needed Medical Supplies and went to Doctor Barrows.

      Same issue. Hit "E" and no response. Ahha!

      Removed a couple of recent mods and reapplied Uhud and the issue cleared.

      I can now interact with the new merchants and Doc Barrows.

    Is this for Fallout 3 and you accidentally posted it on the New Vegas page? Or is it for New Vegas and you're illegally using Fallout 3 assets for a New Vegas mod?

      If you actually knew what you were talking about before posting you'd know this is a plugin mod for a mod called 'The Tales of Two Wastelands'.
