Love this. The thing is that I like to have the in game music off but then I cant hear the "Death Music". is there any way to take out in game music but not the radio music or the "Death Music"

  You could possibly delete the sound files for the game's ambient music and then turn the music up. That might work.

  Turns out, it was just the wind nothing too bad but I could create an optional no-wind version.

It seems sound was more high-quality in Fallout and Fallout 2 than version you use. Maybe it's just me, though.
