Should be safe, although if you wiped out a camp you will see new NPCs appear from this mod and you may need to re-wipe the camp out if that makes sense.
I'm guessing once the revamp of all your faction expansions is complete there will be updates to this too? Just wanting to know to watch for this or not. Your stuff is a must-have. :)

Fair enough. I can't find any other mods that add quarry workers after the death claws get cleared out. Base game has the workers living in Sloan and drinking at Boulder City bar but they never actually go back to work at the quarry!
Just place CNR at the bottom of your load order, or put this above it somewhere. That will make CNR armors etc override any of this mod's armor changes. Generally I'd suggest putting all armor mods at the bottom of your load order anyways.
I haven't heard of any conflicts, but its possible that you'll have "doubled up" situations where that mod creator and I had the same idea. Might make for bigger skirmishes. I haven't had anyone mention any conflicts though.
