Allows the player to use a reloading bench to create Powders and Primers to be a bit more self-sufficient and not be forced to constantly buy them. Each Primer and Powder is set to the same repair level requirement as the ammo it's linked to, so you can't make a .50 MG Primer if you can't make .50 MG ammo.
Version 1 - 1 scrap metal needed for either powder or primers.
Version 2 - 1 scrap metal for primers, 1 fire gecko hide for powders.
