This Mod Changes Damage Dealt and Received based on Chosen Difficulty, (Very Easy is 100% Dealt / 100% Received, Very hard is 500% Dealt / 500% Received) if These Settings are Too Easy/Hard For You, I Recommend The Damage Settings Mod Which Allows you to Alter Damage Dealt/Received Manually using The MCM Menu. Damage Settings at Fallout New Vegas - mods and community (nexusmods.com)
I Mean No Disrespect to The Mod Author When I Say that (While Quite Realistic Compared to Default NV) 500/500 Simply Felt Too Easy, So (Should you Install Damage Settings) I Recommend a 100 Dealt / 500 Received on Very Hard for a Decent Challenge.
Thank you for this. I understand the idea behind giving the player a handicap on damage at higher levels... But, on the other hand, surviving the legion assassins is difficult enough without the handicap.
This extremely over powers hand to hand fighting, I can understand it for bullets but without knuckle dusters the fights seem fair. Equip a pair of brass knuckles and I'm knocking raiders out in one punch at level 2!

And that was on normal difficulty!
