I am lazy, and totally swamped with texturing this armor pack I've been working on, so the fixed archive will be uploaded at a later date.
In the meantime, please be aware that the archive is setup incorrectly, I made a folder entitled "models" instead of "meshes; this will cause only the texture to appear ingame, which may confuse you because (somehow) Beth and I used almost the exact same uv map for our grenades. Do not be fooled, if you just drag and drop, you will not be using the model.
To fix this, please drag and drop the contents of the "models" folder, directly INTO your "meshes" folder.
hello ! i love this replacer ! but there is a problem am having it just that when i equip it.. it somehow use the old model in the game does anyone know how to fix this ?
When I throw it, the thrown grenade (projectile) has the old texture on it and I have no idea why. I fixed it by editing the .nif to refer to the first person textures.
Thank you very much. I'm also wondering why it took so long for someone to put a frag grenade in the game that looks like one, as opposed to that weird default design. Maybe no one uses them because they're more expensive/less abundant in this game, as opposed to Fallout 3. You just save them up and never use them
That's why nobody removes both safeties before throwing (you can see them intact in the pictures of flying grenade)! Whould be such a waste to make that beauty explode
Very good job as always Payton, grenade now looks a lot better, I am looking forward to your next work. I also included your mod in episode 11 of my Fallout New Vegas Mods Weekly, I hope you will like it:
Does this only re-texture the 1st person model? Whenever I throw or drop grenades it reverts back to the original texture? Just curious, otherwise awesome work!
