First thought when I got in: "Maaaan, why I can't stretch on this bed in this game?". Really neat. A few things to mention - some of the stuff beside the bed can't be reached (like Atomic Cocktails, but it's not that much of a problem, I think, because they look cool on their place). Also, maybe it would be better to reaplce bobbleheads with statics, 'cause if Player takes them (though why he'd want to?), they can't be dropped, being quest items. And coins collection isn't that much of eyecandy, if you ask me. Almost forgot - Deathclaw gauntlet - I think it's too cool to have it so early in the game. Totally good idea with the farm. And Scabbers - is he got the name after the Scabbers that I'm thinking about?
i always love mods like this. little old houses that just have tons of character. this one ranks among the best i've seen though, has a really home like atmosphere. nice touch with the rat cage, cool idea! keep up the good work, love this and the boat house.
Definitely a improvement over all the 'this is a tiny shack, with the interior of a default goodsprings house' mods. Like the clutter, and the feel that you're 'in' a rusty old trailer. Now all you need is a description, list of features, ect.
