Oh man I can't wait for those. Are you going to have them with holes in their face and exposed bones like in FO1? Its always annoyed my how the 3 and NV ghouls look like humans with a skin condition instead of ghouls.
I know, concretely, that it is currently in development. No sources will be cited, nor information given. However, I do know for a fact that it is in production.
archanixex, Obsidian's artists are fine. Why does everyone think game companies need to hire modders to make a game look good ? Seriously, people. If a game company wants to make a game look good, they'll make it look good. They don't need a modding community for it. It's just that it saves them time from doing it, which they should be already. But, they don't. Also, NV uses Bethesda-made resources, and it was developed in much less time than what Bethesda would take to make their games. So, wasn't much they could do for NV. But, I'm just saying. Game companies get lazy, don't wanna optimize their games or whatever other reasons, so they put little effort into making them look good. Unlike CryTek, who believe graphics are 60% of a game. No, really. Obsidian are fine with graphics. It's Bethesda that needs to work harder.
^Agreed. Companies do what they do, the sales are very obviously fine. Sure, they can recruit people like me, weijiesen, MGE, Alexscorpion, TDA, etc, but they aren't going out of there way too find us. We exist, and if we apply at a studio that just so happens to have a game registered here at the nexus, they can see that we have an intimate understanding of the pipeline they use, therefore saving them money in the long run by hiring us.
I'll get you some screenshots if I have time. EDIT: Reconsidered and remembered that I have New Vegas Redesigned 2 installed, are you aware of any compatibility problems regarding NVR2?
For those who use this still with the seamless vanilla body mod, I have done some personal edits in hopes to bring back the seamlessness of the body mod while continuing to use this mod. Just simple texture edits that I feel still work. I also have one for the marked men. Still working out kinks in the neck here and there but can provide photos when I'm home for those interested in what it looks like.
These are texture and model of extereme beauty! Still I don't understand, how did you managed to make ghoul look so pale and cool, I keep getting a living sceleton at race menu Maybe you'll consider to make a preset of this charming guy? Or a savegame? He looks amasing *_*
I recently downloaded this mod for Fallout 3 because I thought, "Hey, these models look pretty awesome." And yes, indeed they were. However, I also have a copy of New Vegas and tried to install this mod. The meshes work perfectly, because I can see the shape of the head change. However, I do not see the textures.
How I installed it: 1. Download the sucker. 2. Open the .rar 3. Open Windows Explorer and get to my Fallout New Vegas directory. 4. Open up the Heads file and see "meshes and textures" 5. Look back at my FNV directory and go to my data. 6. Copy and paste that s#*! into my data. 7. Play the game. 8. FNV facial textures on HQ Pro Head Models mesh.

They are unreleased, and will not be released by me, keep your eyes peeled for an upcoming mod by a big name modder.
And new ghouls, Fo1 inspired, fo3 detail, project v13 shape. If i can get them to render right, they'll be scary enough to deserve the prejudice.
