Stuff:

- A very simple mod that equips 1st Recon with scoped hunting rifles and 1st Recon armor(based on Boone's 1st Recon survival armor).

- Also adds a "1st Recon Footlocker" to Camp McCarran which has a free set of 1st Recon armor/beret and a playable scoped hunting rifle called "The last Thing You never See".

- The 1st Recon armor IS a factional armor. So not a good idea to be wearing it around The Legion or any other faction hostile to the NCR

- The scoped hunting rifles carried by 1st Recon are non-playable but there is a playable and named version at Camp McCarran

- Corporal Sterling still has his unique cowboy repeater "La Longue Carabine". That has been left alone.
