There is a abandoned shack a little north-east of Goodsprings that makes a decent starter home and should have everything you need as well as some things you don't such as the Ratslayer 9000 and Marksman 9000. Read below for more information.

*This mod is update safe so you can just copy TheShack.esp over your existing one.

Modified Player Only Weapons:

Ratslayer 9000
Clip size increased to 24
Damage increaded to 140
Crit damage increased to 80
Crit chance 95%

Marksman 9000
Clip size increased to 72
Damage increaded to 45
Crit damage increased to 25
Crit chance 95%
Changed it so it is a fully autmoatic weapon now and it has a built in silencer.


Modified Armor:

Stalker Outfit which is a modified Merc Troublemaker Outfit with its DT increased to 25 and it has the advanced radiation suit enchantment.


Starter Clothing:

Desperado Cowboy Hat and Lucky Shades.


INSTALL:

Just copy TheShack.esp into your FNV data folder.


UNINSTALL:

Just delete TheShack.esp from your FNV data folder.


REQUIREMENTS:

This mod does not have any requirements except for maybe the latest version of Fallout New Vegas.
