I'd hate to be a picky pain-in-the-backside, but vicks is right. The Service Rifle is a Colt AR-15 rather than an M16A1 (the assault Service Rifle added by Classic Fallout Weapons is an M16A1).
Though I use my own mod for renaming, I might download this anyway just so that I can endorse it, because it's a damn good idea for a mod. EDIT: once the Nexus lets me, it's giving me those "File ID Doesn't Exist" errors again.
I'm not terribly sure if the one in the screenshot is the Service Rifle or an M16 added through another mod I downloaded. But yes, I think you're right. I'll check if it's wrong and get that fixed if it is.
EDIT: Although most sources are saying it's an M16A1 with wood furnishings and no select fire, I'm renaming it to Colt AR-15 anyway, since the other named Colt M16A1 in the screen is from the Classic Fallout Weapons mod, and I don't want two identically named rifles for those who would use both.
Well it is AR-15 made to look AR-10-ish, only by adding wood. AR-10 looks nothing like Service Rifle. Since USA no longer exists sticking to AR-15 rather than military designation M16A1 makes more sense. For consinstency you might use as well Colt Model No.603, which is exact model name, but again, Service Rifle is semi-auto only, so it would be rather civilian Colt Model No.6003 so... I think, you get picture already. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AR-15_variants
Boota: in America the AR-15 is the most liked rifle almost every firearm co makes one Ruger makes 5, Colt makes like 20.and they are still hard to find one since everyone buy them.
No, it's not. I didn't bother looking through the recent uploads because they hadn't changed in like two days, so I thought I'd be in the clear for this. Apparently not. But oh well, it's already up and I'm not taking it down. Use whichever one you want, it doesn't matter to me.
Also, I don't know if the other one covers the DLC weapons like mine does. It doesn't say anywhere that they're included.
Yes, the other one does cover the DLC's with optional esps for each in case someone doesn't have a specific DLC (Although at this point why wouldn't anyone have them all?)

Noticing the names seen in the screenshot, bear in mind that the Winchester Model 1887 was black powder; the newer 1901 was made for smokeless.
(ugh...that Obsurdian introduced it as a 20 gauge is an outright sacrilege.)

The service rifle is (sorta) a 'mish-mash' of an AR-15 and an original AR-10. SO changing it to the AR-15 is probably your best call.
