Well, let's start off with the jacket. I'm a huge fan of "Purgen" hardcore punk band, so I really wanted to do it. And I did it before, but for IMVU. This time I wanted to make it for New Vegas, so I can wear it around, and I felt this game lacked material for punk/raider characters. Was really hard to make, seeing as all the damned split uv maps on the back, so a lot of warping had to be done.
I will also be making at least 3 punk and metal related jackets (Hardcore/Streetpunk/Oi/Crust/Anarcho themed for Punk and Crossover/Thrash/Death/Black and maybe Doom themed for metal). If anyone has suggestions or requests, feel free to comment, will do if I like the idea and have enough time.
Back to the jacket, it\'s located at the corner just left of The King\'s School of impersonation, you will find it on the ground. It has around 200 health, can be repaired using leather armors and gives you +5 Speech, which seemed like a good idea to add since people in reality seem to be more curious about people that stand out, just like this jacket makes you stand out.
