Description
Removes the Powderganger ownership of various items and cells throughout the wasteland. Powdergangers are an evil faction and so it doesn't make sense to punish the player for defeating them.
Installation
Enable the .esp and enjoy. Should be compatible with any mod that doesn't modify the Powderganger cells/owned items.
