I've fixed the computer chair. You can now sit in it. I also added a few goodies to the safe but increased its locked level to average. Theres enough free stuff floating around you should work for some of it

This mod is reckommended. A nice place strategically placed in Novac and lots of neat stuff installed. You can build up more to your own needs. I loved the whisky Dinner too :) !::!
This looks very cool. Gonna try it out in my game and test it when I get to Novac. Will post any issues here. Shouldn't have any considering its not invading any pertinent worldspace that was added by AWOP or NV Interiors. Thanks for adding this. Will be back to endorse.

So this mod kind of expands the gas station basement into living space for the weary wasteland adventurer.? . . Is there any way to put a ladder into the safehouse that goes into the boarded up gas station interior to add an extra room.? . . The mod looks great i'll be downloading and endorsing after I give it a try. Good work by the way.
It's theoritcally possible but for the time being at least I'm retired from New Vegas modding. If you want to add the room yourself then by all means have it. Thank you for your kind words.
I'm going to post this here and the other Home Mod > Novac Safehouse.
Both of them are very nice home mods.
The problem is - WHICH ONE!!!???!!! Since they are right across the street from each other, I'm going to have to think this one through a 'bit'.
One thought IF I may? Maybe take this > Novac Waste land Home and move it south of Primm / or around Nipton, since there are no player homes (that I have found) down in that part of the sandbox?
Anyways - w/the ease of which you get that lousy apartment, for all you did to help them out (like in Goodsprings) - well your mod's make it so at least you 'get something' out of your blood, sweat and ammo!!!
So after going through the two homes - and trust me it was a tough call ... I"m going w/the Safehouse, as it fits more with the concept here. I could actually see this here in Novac.
So ... IF .... (hint - hint - hint) .... you want to put this mod (Novac Waste Land Home ... down a little further South --- well trust me I'm watching!!
