This is my first Mod I\'ve ever done outside of changing weapons and armor stats. I've put a lot of work into this and I hope some of you enjoy this. I started this after being inspired by a few people and being disappointed by New Vegas\'s vanilla homes. Now for the Mod. Its a lore friendly safehouse basement located in Novac near the gas station on the right side. This is not an uber house or some massive Vaultec facility. Look for a sewer grate and away you go. The safehouse started off as a personal fallout shelter and later a restpoint/safehouse for Desert Rangers before being abandoned. It comes fully navmeshed and is a fully functional house. The prison door is locked so you'll have to unlock it. There is no key sorry but having a key doesn\'t fit the house. It also includes the following

Edit: I've fixed the computer chair. You can now sit in it. I also added a few goodies to the safe but increased its locked level to average. There's enough free stuff floating around you should work for some of it ;)

Instillation use the nexus mod manager or download manually. Unpack the rar file and place it your data folder. Place the file at the bottom of your load order.
