This may be a bit late, but, the mod is called "Weapon Animations replacer" by joefoxx082. Its a very complicated install, so I would recommend Gopher's guide.
What are you talking about? Arms in Fallout have always been a mix of retrofuturistic and normal futuristic. That Gun/5.56 pistol is the PKD 2019 Detective Special from Blade Runner, which is a series that takes place in a dystopian, cyberpunk-esque future. Assault Carbine is an M4A1 rechambered in 5mm/5.7x28mm. Marksman Carbine is an AR-15 SBR. Enclave Power Armor are more advanced, futuristic looking than retrofuturistic. Fallout is a mix of different aesthetics and timelines.
You two, He didn't say anything on it being too advanced or whatever. I'm guessing he's on about the whole Japanese aesthetic and the Japanese power armor.
This is very late and is in fact resurrecting a long dead argument, but I'm quoting from Google: "China did, in fact survive the Great War, but they're still practically swimming radiation; Canada is likely to have survived since most of the nukes hit America; England was probably devastated but may still have survived. And there has been no hint to other nations, such as Russia, India, Japan, etc."
If it's arguable some places survived, then it's possible some places' technology could reflect something far more akin to a cyberpunk future than a post apocalypse in 200 years' time. And specifically, Japan is theorized to have potentially survived, and Shogo is Japanese, so...
anyone experiencing issue with aiming down sight with the peace keeper because mine just aimed down the middle of the screen without using the scope anyone knows how to fix it?
I'm hoping someone can explain the differences between the default/suppressed versions of a gun, and the IS and SC versions. They're more expensive but deal less damage? What isn't being stated?
