I know it's been forever since this mod was uploaded but this is probably one of my favorite mods ever and I've spent so long looking for more like it The closest I've gotten is the Alien bug hunt mod and the more traits addition of more perks with the bounty hunters and finally the Jason Voorhees mod but those all have their own issues for me, the Aliens don't work for me because I like my mods to be at least mildly lore friendly so no matter how much I pretend they're a wannamingo it doesn't click The bounty hunters are just... too goofy? Nothing like getting mugged by a guy in a pimp suit, construction hat, and a .22 SMG to break you out of a fun hot pursuit And Jason... while I like having a returning pursuer, he just tends to kill any important NPCs instantly
But these bois? They're great in every way The amount of low level drag out fights I've had with them is insane, from using every anti armor round I had to having to resort to boxing gloves to keep them down do I could deal with them They're just amazing, thank ya for making such a great mod that has made me smile and panic so much over the years, and curse ya for giving me an itch that can't be scratched by anything else
The mod works. I seemed to see that the two Organ harvesters you find around, before I start shooting at them, are beating each other. This doesn't bother me very much: I'd kill them both even if they were kissing, but their behavior seems strange to me. Is it normal or do they do it because they have a conflictual couple relationship?
Edit: I can't explain why, but the Organ Harvester was no longer spwned. The mod worked well for a couple of days, now it's as if it wasn't there (in the loading order it appears and is active). I try the second file, if I don't see the contract killers appear I will cancel the mod. If it doesn't generate NPCs, I don't need it
huh that's odd. I haven't looked at this page for eight years but lol I remember they just kept spawning every 24 hours and would come for the Player no matter where he/she/it was, and even waited outside DLC areas. They wouldn't ever stop.
I don't know what would make them stop (or attack each other) unless there's a conflict somewhere along the line on your end with their respawn ID, but I couldn't tell you anything more about that. Glad you liked it though.
ed. you know, if they were attacking each other - idk why they would - then it could be that they're still respawning everyday, but before coming to find you they're killing each other and the survivors are too badly shot and cut up to survive the trek. That's probably it. Try unchecking the esp, toggling archive invalidate, checking the esp and loading again, or deleting and trying a fresh install. It's probably a very rare fluke.
The second file has worked well for a few months, but now I have the same problem. They no longer respawn. I tried to disable and delete the mod, then to reinstall it, but there is nothing to do, the killers have been ....killed . By any chance do you have any ideas on how to solve? Showing you my loading order can help?
now let's see, level 50, high AP reboost, a good revolver and the cowboy perk, there's four of them and you can get in four critical headshots - whats the prob? i think they're too easy :)
